Abstract

Marketing activities play an important role in the continuity of the livestock business. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of economic institutions in increasing the income of farmers in Lompo Tengah Village, Tanete Riaja District, Barru Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Interview activities were carried out with FGD (Focus Group Discussion) with the surrounding community. The results of this study are that economic institutions have a very important role in terms of marketing community livestock so that they can increase the income of farmers
